Singa has a 100% guarantee from defect. If the DVD that you purchased does not play or is defective in any way, please email problem@singahe.com stating the order number and at your request we will either replace, exchange, or issue a full refund.
Additionally, we have a satisfaction guarantee! If for ANY REASON you are not happy with the DVD you purchased, send an email to satisfaction@singahe.com, state the order number and what you are unhappy with (hopefully we can utilize this information for the future). At your request we will either replace, exchange, or issue a refund less the stated shipping and handling fee.
